VEGETABLES MASALA WITH PANEER RECEIPE

                             

                                        VEGETABLES MASALA WITH PANEER

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
  •  Cauliflower- 200gms
  • Carrot- 2
  • Green Peas- 200 gms
  • Potato- 200gms
  • Paneer- 200gms(cut into pieces)
  • Fresh Cream – ½ cup
  • Curd-  ½ cup
  • Capsecum- 5 pieces
  • Green Chillies- 4 pieces
  • Red Chilly Powder- Two spoons
  • Cumin seeds(seeragam)- Two spoons
  • Onion(big)- 3(chopped)
  • Karam masala- 1 Spoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 Spoon
  • Gingergarlic Masala- 2 Spoon
  • Tomato- 200gms (grinded) and  chopped two tomatoes without pulp
  • Corainder Powder-1 spoon


Preparation Method:

·        Cut all the vegetables as per the  size needed.
·        Add some water in to pan and add all the vegetables into it. Add some salt to it and make it to cook for some minutes.
·        Keep the cooked vegetables aside.
·        Now keep a pan and add some butter to it. After it get melts add some Cumin seeds to it.
·        After fry, add some chopped onion to it and allow it to fry.
·        Add grinded tomato to it and cook it.
·        Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, karam masala,Corainder  Powder to it and allow it to cook.
·        Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste to it.
·        Now its time to add the paneer pieces to it.
·        After this masala with paneer cooked completely, add the cooked vegetables to this masala.
·        Then mix it well. 
·        Mix the fresh cream and curd in to the bowl and beat it thoroughly.
·        Add this mixture to the cooking pan and mix it with masala.
·        And at last add the chopped capsicum and  chopped tomato to it and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
·        Now serve it with chappati or for any dishes as you like.

·        The hot spicy Vegetable Masala with Paneer got ready.
