Brinjal Curry


                                                                BRINJAL CURRY

 Ingredients needed:

  • Brinjal- 1//4 kg
  • Oil- as per need
  • Corainder Powder- 2  Table spoon
  • Tomato- 2
  • Onion chopped-200 gms
  • Tamarind water- half tumbler
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tea spoons


 Preparation Method:


  • First cut the brinjal in to pieces as per the same u needed. Add oil to the  fry pan.
  • Fry  the brinjal for two minutes.
  • After the take another pan and add some oil in to it. Add  chopped onion in to it. Fry it until it gets golden colour. After that add grinded tomatoes  in to it and allow it to mix with onion.
  • After that add ginger garlic paste to it and allow it to cook for  few minutes.
  • Then add coriander powder to it and mix it well. Now pour tamrind mixed water to it and mix it well. Allow it to get cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Now at last add the fried brinjal to this mixture and add some water to it. Add salt to it as per the taste.Wait for 10 minutes  and its ready to serve.
  •  Brinjal curry is now ready. It can be serve as a side dish for biryani.
  • Both green and blue brinjals can be used this for this dish.
