             Let us see how to find the lost file in the system.

First, click start button and choose search option. In search option,it shows one box ‘what do you want to search for’?. In that box, choose For FileorFolders.

              Here it shows Search by any or all of the criteria below with its options.

1. If you don’t the name of the file, but you know what kind of file it is? Whether it may be  *.doc,Excel*.xls,Acrobat*.pdf,*.ppt,*.exe etc..

Choose the file option and enter the type of file you have lost in first option. This is one of the way to search the file.

2.OR Whether you forget the name of the file or you don’t know in what format you have saved the file.(i.e) in *.doc or*.txt format file. 

                   

         

            Then You can search the file if you have remembered any of the text in the file. Use the second option to search By giving any content in the file you can search the file .

3. IF you know the location of the file saved in the drive, then you can search by giving that drive alone. In LOOKIN option, give the drive Letter and search  else use the list box to choose the drive option like c:,d:,etc..

4. If you know the date of the file saved, then you can search the file by giving the date.

                       These are all the simple ways to search the file. If you do so, you can get the file in any of the options.

   Here, we see how to download the Virtual Router and use it.

1.First, from Virtual Router link, Download the Virtual router software and install it.

2. Then open the Virtual software, and enter Network Name(SSID) as you like.

In Password option, enter the password as you like. And then Click ‘Start Virtual Router’.

3. Now, using the Network name, we share our system to other devices. To access internet from this network to other system/cellphone/other devices, use it using the ‘password’ we given.

• Before  the system Boots completely, Don’t try to open any application.
• Don’t set the wallpaper taken directly from the Digital Camera, because its size may be large and it occupies most of the memory space.
• After closing every application, REFRESH the system then and there.(Refresh can be done by clicking Right click on mouse and it shows option as Refresh or Use F5 to refresh quickly.)
• Don’t create many Shortcuts in Desktop. Each Shortcut file occupies 500bytes memory space.
• Don’t keep large Files, Folders in Desktop.
• Regularise to Clear Recycle bin
• Delete Temporary Internet File
• Monthly once Defragment the hard disk partition. This makes your files to process fast.
• Install the softwares like AutoCAD, 3DStudioMAX, CorelDraw,Photoshop in the  new free partition. Avoid installing in OS Partition.
• Whatever software installing, try to avoid to set in Windows StartUp. Also avoid using Task bar Tray Icon option.
• Make the system clean and free from dust.
• Usually, the processor gets heat while using system, it can be controlled using COOLING fan in Processor.
• Due to increase of dust , the speed of fan gets slow and heat increases continuously…So that the system speed reduces. So keep concentrate on these problems.
