SIMPLE MUSHROOM ROAST





SIMPLE MUSHROOM ROAST

INGREDIENTS:

               Button Mushrooms, Oil, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Corainder Powder, Karam masala, Yogurt , Corainder Leaves

METHOD OF PREPARATION

·        Wash and slice 200gm of Button mushrooms.
·        Heat 1 tblspoon of oil and add mushrooms and stir for a while.
·        Water will sweat out.
·        Stir and sauté until water dries and  make fry until Mushroom becomes  golden brown.
·       Lower the flame and add ½ tblspoon of Turmeric powder, 1/2 tbl spoon of red Chilli powder, ½ tbl spoon of coriander powder, ¼ tbl spoon of Karam masala.
·        Stir for few seconds.
·        Then add one tbl spoon of Besan powder.
·        Stir to 2 to 3 minutes.
·        Remove from flame and add 2 tbl spoon of Yogurt of finely Beaten curd. Stir and add required salt.
·        Keep on low flame for 3 minutes.
·        Dish done.



·         Garnished with coriander leaves.
