LADY’S FINGER PULAV RECIPE





LADY’S FINGER PULAV
 

  Here a small recipe Lady’s Finger Pulav that can be cook within few minutes.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

·        Cinnamon- ½ tea spoon
·        Cloves-½ tea spoon
·        Cardamom-½ tea spoon
·        Poppy seeds- 1 tea spoon
·        Oil- ghee-  quantity need to fry
·        Onion- 3 or 4 big onion
·        Mint leaves-  1 cup
·        Coriander leaves- 1 cup
·        Lady’s finger-300gms   
·        Rice- 2 cups

PREPARATION METHOD:

·        Take a pan and add some oil to fry.
·  Add Cinnamon(Pattai), Cloves(Kirambu), Cardamam(Ealakkai), Poppy seeds(Kasa Kasa),and Cashew nuts. And fry it to make a paste.
·        Grind this fried ingredients and make it a paste.
·        Now place a cooker and add Rice, Water and the Grinded Paste to it.
·        Allow it to cook.
·        Then in a Pan, add oil & ghee.
·      Fry onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves and lady’s finger until its smell goes off.
·        Off the stove and add the cooked rice to the fried lady’s finger content.
·        Mix it well until the fried content spreads to all the rice.
·        Keep the lid closed for sometime, to get flavor.




Now The Lady’s Finger Pulav Got Ready Within Few Minutes.
