How to prepare soup with Mutton Fat in few minutes:

     Normally all are interested to taste soup items. Here we are going to see the menu of preparing mutton fat soup.



INGREDIENTS NEEDED:


  • Mutton good fat - 150 Grams
  • Cumin Powder -2 Spoons
  • GingerGarlic paste- Two Tea spoons
  • Kasakasaa(Poppy)- 4 Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder – One spoon
  • Small Onion- 100 grams
  • Gingely Oil(Sesame oil) - 100ml
  • Pepper Powder  - 3  spoons(add as per your taste)
  • Salt- As per our taste
  • Tomato- 2(small)
  • Coriander Leaves- Small Quantity



Preparation:

  • First clean the mutton fat by adding turmeric in to it. And keep it separately.
  • Take Onion, Tomato, Kasakassa(Poppy powder), Gingergarlic paste, Cumin and grind it well. Make a paste and  Place a cooker .
  • Add mutton fat and four tumbler of water in to it.
  • Added the grinded paste in to it.
  • Then add turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder, coriander leaves and some Gingely oil  to it.
  • And Allow  it to cook up to four whistles. After that, open the cooker and  add some Gingely oil to it.
  • Now the yellowish good looking soup is ready.

  • This soup is used as a medicine for stomach injuries. Taking twice in a month is good to health.
