How to prepare Mutton Chukka with Coconut pieces




HOW TO PREPARE MUTTON CHUKKA WITH COCONUT

       There are various methods in making this Mutton Chukka.  Only ingredients are changing. I made this dish very simple  with very few ingredients and especially with coconut in to it.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
Mutton-150 grams
Pepper Powder- 4 Spoon (As per taste can add one more spoon)
Cumin Powder- 2 Spoons
Tomato- One
Salt- For Taste
Turmeric Powder- 2 Spoon
Coconut – Cut in to fined sliced pieces as in the size of mutton pieces.

  PREPARATION   STEPS:
1.      Cut the mutton pieces in to small for chukka.
2.      Clean it well by adding turmeric powder in to it.
3.      After cleaning well, keep it  in cooker. 
4.      Add four tumbler of water  in to it. Put one spoon of turmeric powder and salt and  allow it to cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
5.      After cooked, Make allow some water along with cooked mutton pieces.
6.       Along with the mutton pieces in water, Add finely chopped tomato or tomato paste in to it.
7.      Then add Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder and Sliced coconut pieces in to it.
8.        Allow it to cook for 5 to 10 minutes by adding Gingely Oil.
9.      Cook it until all get mixed and seems to be Fried.
10.  Now add some Coriander leaves in to it. And Mutton Chukka is ready to serve it.
