Macaroni Egg Briyani Receipe






MACARONI EGG BRIYANI RECEIPE


INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

Macarons(Any Shape)- 2 cups
Garam Masala Powder- 4 Spoon (As per taste can add one more spoon)
Chilli powder- 1 spoon
Cumin Powder- 2 Spoons
Tomato- Two/three
Salt- For Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 spoons
Mint & Corainder Leaves- chopped
Big Onion – 2(chopped)
Cinnamon(pattai)-  2 small pieces
Cloves(Kirambu)- 3
Elaichi-3
Egg- Four

  PREPARATION   STEPS:

1.     Take a cooker pan and keep it in gas stove.
2.     Add oil in to it.
3.     After oil get heated, Add  Cinnamon, Cloves and Elaichi to it. Fry it.
4.     Add Chopped Onion in to it and make it to fry it until it get grispy.
5.     Add Chopped Tomato to it and make it to cook for few minutes.
6.     With that add Ginger Garlic Paste and cook well until you get a fine paste. Add Garam Masala to it. And Add Chilli powder to it.
7.     Now add the Macaroni's and add some oil to it and mix it well.
8.     Add beated egg to this macaroni and mix it well.
9.     Add four cups of water to it and add salt and oil in to it.
10.   Now close the cooker and allow it to cook for three wistles.
11.   After cooked, garnish with mint and coriander leaves to it.
12.    Now the hot Macaroni Egg Briyani is ready to serve.
