Here is the easiest way to delete the undeleted file completely
Sometimes we delete some files when hard disk is full. At that time some
of the file cannot be deleted directly by entering delete alone. It shows CannotDelete File.
Make use of the steps to delete
that file at this stage
1. Find the location of
the file to be deleted
2. For Example, if the
file is in C drive->Folder ….
Find out the path where
the file is(eg:C:\\Documentsand Settings\\doc.txt)
3. To do it with
security restart the system. When the system is booting press F8.
Now it shows Advance BootOptions Menu.
4. In that click Safemode With CommandPrompt
and get enter into it
5. Then in CommandPrompt, type the following
Cd C:\\DocumentsandSettings
(cd- change directory)
6. It shows the files in
that location
7. Now type del doc.txt
Now the file will be
deleted completely
