How
to prepare soup with Mutton Fat in few minutes:
Normally all are interested to taste soup
items. Here we are going to see the menu of preparing mutton fat soup.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Mutton good fat - 150 Grams
- Cumin Powder -2 Spoons
- GingerGarlic paste- Two Tea spoons
- Kasakasaa(Poppy)- 4 Spoons
- Turmeric Powder – One spoon
- Small Onion- 100 grams
- Gingely Oil(Sesame oil) - 100ml
- Pepper Powder - 3 spoons(add as per your taste)
- Salt- As per our taste
- Tomato- 2(small)
- Coriander Leaves- Small Quantity
Preparation:
- First clean the mutton fat by adding turmeric in to it. And keep it separately.
- Take Onion, Tomato, Kasakassa(Poppy powder), Gingergarlic paste, Cumin and grind it well. Make a paste and Place a cooker .
- Add mutton fat and four tumbler of water in to it.
- Added the grinded paste in to it.
- Then add turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder, coriander leaves and some Gingely oil to it.
- And Allow it to cook up to four whistles. After that, open the cooker and add some Gingely oil to it.
- Now the yellowish good looking soup is ready.
- This soup is used as a medicine for stomach injuries. Taking twice in a month is good to health.
